Whether it's come to you in a dream or after years of hard work, we've all had at least one really great idea.   Brammo is founded on the aspirations of making those great ideas a reality.   

We start our design process with an epiphany, a customer insight, or even just the acknowledgment of a problem.  We speak with customers, family, and friends, research similar and dissimilar products, and consult market research studies to gauge the validity of our ideas.  Brainstorming and sketches ensue until a conceptual direction is decided.  More sketches, plans, and ideas get funneled from the team to a small team of designers tasked with execution of our concept as a functional prototype or "proof of concept". 

Translating sketches to CAD data and real surfaces is where things get real very quickly.  Brammo teams it's designers and engineers into small, tight-knit groups that work together on tackling the packaging problems that inevitably arise when you're trying to push the envelope.  This process is organic, taking input from cusotmers, marketing, and engineering to see an idea expressed as a cohesive design concept.
