The core of Brammo lies in the skill and dedication of our engineers.  They are charged with taking often leading edge ideas and concepts and translating them into realities.  Our engineering group is fully intergrated with our design group to acheive the absolute best blend between form and functionality.  There is no "wall" for a design to be thrown over - we work together from start of a concept to production of a final design.  We have engineers that think like designers and our designers that think like engineers. 

Brammo's engineers rely solely on the use of SolidWorks products for the design, analysis, and production documentation of all mechanical components and assemblies.  All components are analyzed using FEA (Finite Element Analysis), which calculates and visualizes stress and failure points in a particular design.  This level of analysis allows our engineers to design parts that are lighter, stronger, and more efficient at carrying the intended loads.
