Global warming, rising gas prices, terrorism, and conflict - all of which can be at least partially attributed to our addiction to oil.  A solution does exist.  Electric Vehicles consume far less of our precious natural resources and allow us to focus on generating electricity from renewables like solar, wind, and hydro.  The technology is available today, as is the infrastructure to support it.  Even with today's coal fired poweplants, electric vehicles are far less polluting and much more energy efficient than internal combustion engined vehicles. 

Will EVs take some time to catch up to the performance of the current gas powered vehicle - Absolutely.  They've had a monopoly on the industry for the past 100 years.  Can we overcome the challenges?  You're kidding, right?  We are a country that was first in flight, put man on the moon, and protected the world from tyranny.  This is the challenge that Brammo has and will continue to answer.  EVs are a solution that are here today.
